These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DentAccept ("Service"), operated by DentAccept ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

DentAccept is a web-based patient education tool for dental practices. It provides visual procedure animations and explanations to help patients understand recommended treatments. The Service is accessed through a web browser on tablets and other devices.

2. Account and Access

• You receive a unique access code upon subscribing to the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must be a licensed dental professional or authorized representative of a dental practice to use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share your access code with unauthorized individuals or practices.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its content.
• Use the Service to provide medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations (the Service is an educational aid only).
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Medical Disclaimer

DentAccept is a patient education tool, not a diagnostic or treatment planning tool. The animations and information provided are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. All treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating dental professional. The cost estimates shown are approximate and may vary by practice, location, and patient circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, animations, designs, and software comprising the Service are owned by DentAccept and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your dental practice during your active subscription period.

7. Data and Privacy

DentAccept does not collect, store, or transmit any patient health information (PHI). The Service operates without requiring patient names, records, or identifiable data. For details on what data we collect, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Support

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentAccept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access codes will be deactivated and you will lose access to the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
